Conor Harvey
Conor is a driven, creative, and battle-tested trial lawyer, with excellent judgment usually found in lawyers far more senior. He has handled every stage of civil litigation: drafting lawsuits for plaintiffs, getting them dismissed for defendants, seeking and repelling discovery, taking and defending depositions, and going to high-stakes trial—where he has briefed and argued motions in limine, directed verdicts, jury charges, and more.
Conor also has significant appellate skills, with deep knowledge of the Texas Supreme Court, numerous on-his-feet arguments to the bench, and outstanding analytical and writing ability. He improves every brief he touches.
An eighth-generation Texan born and raised in Houston, Conor is devoted to Texas. He serves as a commissioner of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, a state agency of nearly one hundred employees which sets and enforces standards that ensure the people of Texas are served by highly trained and ethical law enforcement, corrections, and telecommunications personnel.
